This is another wonderful example of global evangelism by the Missions Department for the Church Of God In Christ. Bishop Samuel Moore , Mother Lee Van Zandt and their staffs have translated the entire National Youth Department handbook so as to assist the Brasilian Church in the establishing and development of their Youth Departments. With this manual, it will perpetuate an equipping ministry of excellence to prepare the Brasilian youth for national and worldwide ministry. Each and every member of Brasilian Youth Department is assisted by this publication to better function as concerned, skilled, youth leaders to carry out the vision of a department, and enable Brasilian youth to live Godly and fulfilling lives. The National Youth Department's philosophy, mission, goals, history, U.S. and Brasilian National Youth Officers are listed and their respective roles and responsibilities are clearly stated.....all of this in Portuguese! This publication is one of many that are being published by The National Church Of God In Christ - Brasil.

These Annual Reports highlight a few of many strategic global mission projects sponsored by the Church Of God In Christ Department Of Missions. Many of the projects are the direct result of missionary efforts and crusades reaching out into remote areas and countries where mass soul wining has been achieved. These three publications provide insight to the numerous aspects of the missions department. The publications retain information on each of the members of the Department of Missions Governing Board, the department fiscal budget, active jurisdictional mission presidents, three to five year projections of select international countries, and much, much more. These reports are publish bi-annually and are usually distributed during the November Holy Convocation.

America, parents, politicians, church and community leaders seem to be in a pernicious "ZOMBIE STATE" while our children and teenagers are brain washed, convinced, manipulated and persuaded into believing, feeling and accepting that personal abuse is fun and fine, sexual promiscuity is normal and healthy, hatred and discrimination is natural. The television, even the commercials, today's youth cult music, the peer group, the literature, and the street language have far more influence on America's children than the church and family. In every war, tactics and strategies must be developed, studied, reviewed and changed if necessary. More, much more is required. At the earliest age possible, the young must know and understand what is means to appropriate the Power of God. Over the years and with experience, clear patterns are recognizable. Even coming from badly dysfunctional homes, the younger a person begins his/her church training, the younger a person accepts the Lord, the more loving surrogates and/or parents he/she has, the greater the assurance that Satan's blueprint for the child's destruction will fail.
